Sidney Clark is the President and CEO of Clark Commercial Cleaning, a St. Louis–based firm delivering professional cleaning solutions for commercial, institutional, and municipal environments. He also owns and operates BRC Distributors, Inc., an industrial-level supplier of cleaning products to commercial clients.

BRC was founded in 1981 by his father, Stephen Clark, Sr., a respected St. Louis business and community leader who passed the enterprise to Sidney upon retiring in 2020. That legacy — hard work, integrity, and community commitment — guides every  Clark Commercial Cleaning contract,

Born in the City of St. Louis and raised in Olivette, Sidney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Lindenwood University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and an MBA from Webster University. He also earned a Chancellor's Certificate in Fundamentals of Economic Development from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

Sidney has served on the Olivette City Council since 2018, including two terms as Mayor. Under his leadership, Olivette delivered an $11 million community center, attracted more than $100 million in private investment along the Olive Boulevard corridor, and saw home values increase nearly 50 percent.

 

A hands-on leader, he assisted with May 2025 tornado clean-up and recovery efforts across the region, donating supplies and serving displaced residents.
