Sidney Clark is the President & CEO of Clark Commercial Cleaning,  a St. Louis–headquartered firm delivering industrial and commercial cleaning with hospital-grade discipline. He founded the company to raise the bar on service quality, documentation, and responsiveness for organizations where cleanliness is mission-critical.

Sidney also owns and operates BRC Distributors, Inc., an industrial-level supplier of cleaning products to commercial clients.

BRC was founded in 1981 by his father, Stephen Clark, Sr., a respected St. Louis business and community leader who has passed the enterprise to Sidney upon retiring in 2020. That legacy—hard work, integrity, and community commitment—guides every contract Clark Commercial Cleaning accepts.

Born in the City of St. Louis and raised in Olivette, Sidney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Lindenwood University and  a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a MBA from Webster University. He was also awarded a Chancelor’s Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

A hands-on leader, Sidney has assisted with May 2025 tornado clean-up and recovery efforts across the region, donating supplies and serving displaced residents. He also serves as the Mayor of Olivette, Missouri, bringing practical, service-minded leadership to local government.
